Women of Note has wanted to get a blog up and running for awhile now, and here it is! We hope to use this blog to let people know what we’re up to, and we also want to hear from anyone who might like to contact us. Getting going might be slow at first, so bear with us. We welcome any suggestions for improving our blog!
If you’re joining us for the first time, you should know that we are a 8 member all-women a cappella group from Southern Maine. We sing at festivals, private gatherings, restaurants, and really wherever the mood hits us! We’ve been together for 16 years now and there is no end in sight:-)
Our repertoire is varied: 40s classics, doo wop, ballads, and more. We also have an extensive Christmas repertoire.
And so, we enter the world of blogging….
